Tina had the unit on the market for only six days when she received multiple offers to purchase, and effectively negotiated the sale at favorable pricing. I had the pleasure of working with Tina Endicott while purchasing my family's first home. She was fantastic and really went above and beyond! She really listened to what we were looking for in a home and made the entire process painless. She narrowed down our search by checking to make sure each home we had interest in met our check list. Tina was always available and worked with me on my tight work schedule which was very helpful. Even if I text messaged her in the morning interested in a new property she would make time to see it the same day! After we found our new home and got an offer accepted the extra help and effort did not stop. Tina answered all of my questions and sent me reminder texts about deadlines (super helpful when you have a full time job and a one year old running around at home). Tina Endicott was truly exceptional! She really knew how to market our house (we were under agreement in less than a week from going on the market, with multiple offers above asking, and a final offer considerably above asking price). She kept us in the loop, was always responsive to our calls, texts and/or emails. She walked us through the complexities of considering the different types of offers, as well as getting the necessary paperwork signed. And then she went above and beyond - she not only made sure we knew what the various pre-closing seller responsibilities were, but she provided vendor names, and helped coordinate the various appointments. If you need help selling your house or property, the only one I suggest is Tina... We had listed our property with two different brokers and it was on the market for 2 years with no success. It was a nightmare. We listed with Tina and the same day we signed the contract she had put all the info online, with pictures and all. No kidding, the house was sold in two months. She e-mailed me every showing there was with the feedback, so that I was constantly informed about what was going on. She was very professional, very prompt and also very friendly. Ask Tina for help and you won't be disappointed.
