Every Wednesday Morning
Trash/Recycling should not be placed outside on the street prior to 5:00 PM each Tuesday. All bins must be removed from the street by the end of the day Wednesday.
FINES: Any fines incurred from failing to adhere to these restrictions are to be paid by the tenants responsible.
Unit #2: Has its own trash barrel which is labelled in the back alleyway that you are responsible to maintain. There is 1 recycling bin for the entire building of 279 Main Street that is maintained by and for the use of all units at 279 Main Street.
Utilities: Please call and set up your Gas and Electric bills in the names of the tenants.
